ONLY ONE PARTY FOR BULGARIANS
Dimitrov Foretells The New Line-up (Rec. 9.50) SOFIA, Feb. 3 The Prime Minister of Bulgaria, M. Dimitrov, addressed the Fatherland Front Congress. He said that the moment had not yet com§ to liquidate the Bulgarian Political Parties but continued: “One day a single party will be established.” • He said that steps had been taken, meanwhile, to develop all of the political parties within the framework of the Fatherland Front, with their own administration.-
M. Dimitrov added: United States aid to ‘‘Fascist Greece” threatened peace in the Balkans. M. Dimitrov denied the allegations of the United Nations Balkans Commission that Bulgaria, Yugoslavia and Albania are “actively assisting” the Greek guerrilla forces.
He said that the treaties which recently have been signed between Astern European countries did not mean the formation of an “eastern bloc,” but they were aimed at strengthening the individual countries and at protecting their sovereignty. Consequently, these countries did not need to be bound into a Federation.
