(N.Z.P.A. —Reuter—Copyright.] (Rec. 11.30) BUDAPEST, Jan. 29 The Hungarian Cabinet has approved of a decree, under which the Hungarians who are living abroad, and who disobey orders for them to return home, will be deprived of their nationality, and will have their property confiscated.
