B.B. STORY

SPIRIT MESSAGES. LEAD TO MUSICAL FIND. LONDON, September 22. (Received September 22, at 9.16 p.m.) The British Broadcasting Corporation reveals a remarkable story of spirit messages, whereby a long lost Schumann violin concerto was discovered. It was written in 1853, and was unknown till 1934, when a violinist, Jelly D. Aranyi, claimed she had received a spirit message from Schumann, urging her to find and play the manuscript. After many disappointments, it was found in the Prussian State Library. It is to be played by Aranyi in the 8.8. C. Orchestra at the Queen’s Hall on October 20. The facts are claimed to be fully verified and unimpeachable.
