SYDNEY WOOL SALES. [Aus. & N.Z. Cable Assn.] (Received September 21, 10.0 p.m.) SYDNEY, September 21. At to-day’s wool sales, 10,394 bales were offered, and 7,870 were sold at auction, while 1,019 bales were sold privately. Good fleece wools and skirting ruled firm, but average descriptions continue to show an irregularity. Competition was principally confined to continental operators, but occasional purchases of fleece and skirtings were made on Japanese account. Greasy Menno made 21id.
