MEN’S SENIOR CHAMPIONSHIP. In the semi-finals of the Greymouth Club’s senior championship, Dr. Fitzgerald defeated Dr. Ray 4 and 2, and P. Warnes defeated B. W. Caulton at the nineteenth after a great game. MEN’S MEDAL MATCHES. Men’s medal matches played during the week-end resulted: — Senior: W. Meldrum 84—9 —75. Intermediate: H. Hutchinson 95—22 —73. Junior: S. J. Davis 112—36 —76. KAIATA CUP MATCH. The third round of the Kaiata Cup competition was played at the weekend, and resulted in a tie between J. E. Rundle and P. Warnes, with a nett aggregate score of 232. The pair will play off under medal match rules over 18 holes. i AUCKLAND, September 11. The North Auckland ladies' golf championship was won by Miss O. Stevens (North Shove), who beat the title-holder, Miss J. Stewart (Whangarei) one up at the nineteenth green. The handicap event was won by Mrs L. R. Nelson (Whangarei) who beat Mrs G. M. Robertson four and two.
