GOING UP IN ASIA MINOR. (Received March 1 at 8.50 p.m.) ANGORA, March 1. Owing to fears on the part of tin Turkish Republic that Italy is prepar ing a campaign of conquest in As-.i Minor, the Angora Government has com inenced to erect fortifications on the I Asia Minor coast in the Aegean Sea especially in South Smyrna.
