CHANGED ATTITUDE REPORTED LONDON. Feb. 22. The interesting fact that the gene-ai attitude <>f the Egyptians is now more friendly than was the case last year, is cabled by the Morning Post’s (’ano correspondent, who adds: “Signs aie not waibing that the idea of Egypt joining the British League of Nations is being most serin.'My considered by responsible Egyptian political circles; but such a change of policy would be difficult, and it cannot be expected at present. ’ ’
