(By Electric Telegraph — Copyright.) LONDON, April 23. • it transpires that the Falls of Garry struck the Sovereign Islands. The captain, chief officer and" seven men remained on the vessel after the remainder left. They were subsequently rescued by a rocket apparatus from the mainland when the decks were awash. The missing boat has reached Queenstown.
