Tregear.of an •illuminated, address and of a purse of sovereigns to Mrs Tregear will 'be mnde on Thursday. The report also deals with various matters -that arose during the year and stated that efforts to effect " an amalgamation with <the Miners Federation of Labour, had been unsuccessful.
