The Hudson Bay Company yesterday advanced its land rates by £1 and £2 per acre: ♦ The reason assigned is that reciprocity between Canada and America will stimulate railway construction through .the vast open spaces, and the country will xeceive a -trem'ejndous impetus, which will be a signal for advance in prices of all companies having large territories.
