SYDNEY, April 13,

Three hundred men are idled at the Portland Cement Coy's works owing- to the Sydney wharf labourers refusing- to handle bagged cement on the ground that the dust is injurious to health, though the company are providing special paper lined bags and offering to increase the pay to eighteen pence an hour.
