CHRISTOHURCH, April 15. The New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Club's Easter meeting opened to-day at Addington in beautiful weather with a >good attendance. The course was in capital order. The tote investments were £14,435 as against £8,427 last year. Following are the results : — Introductory Handicap, of 90 soys, one mile and a half. — Seychelles. 6 sec, 1; Uniform, lOsec, 2; Futiiritv, lOsecs., 3. Also started: Millie C.', Lulu Child, Rosechild, Sister Julian. Miss Moore, Lincoln Junr., and Lyonette. Won by half a length. Time 3.35 4-5. Ladies Bracelet Handicap, of 50 soys, one mile and a half.— Golden Mary, 7secs., 1; Richard E., 5 sees., 2; Chrysos, ssec, 3.
