DELAYED; AT AUCKLAND.

While ""puff " paragraphs are being circulated about the smart hand ling of cargo at "Auckland, it is interesting- to note that both the Kia Ora and Nerehana are being seriously delayed at that port owing- to the congested condition of the .available

sheds. The Kia Ora (from London) will now not be able to leave Auckland till to-day for Napier and Wellington. Consequently she cannot •arrive in Lyttelton before Wednesday next. The Nerehana, which arrived at Auckland last Saturday from Liverpool will not be able to finish her discharge at Auckland "until next Thursday. The wharf eheds are so crammed with cargo that she cannot work overtime at discharging.
