THE FINDING OE THE COURT
INVERCARGILL, April 12,
The v Court found that the Jessie Nicoll. which was wrecked at the Macquarie Islands, was well equipped and fully manned. The Court considered that the captain committed an error of judgment in not remaining at his anchorage till there was sufficient wind to sail out,- and recommended that masters should anchor further out. The second mate's certificate was returned.
