(L. Telegraph — Per Press Association) OHRIIiSTOHUiRCH, April 11. A dairyman was fined .£3 and costs this morning for selling milk with less than the standard percentage of ' butter fat. (Mr (Bishop S.M., said that if he could not see that the milk was up to the standard it would" bet better to get out of the business. Frederick Kinke was charged with failing to register a printing press and printing- a pamphlet without an imprint. He was ifined £5 on each I charge. The pamphlet invited readers to send 10s 6d for a certain valuable recipe. The 'Magistarte characterised the recipe as simply disgusting- and condemned the business ' strongly. In an affiliation case before the Court this morning, the magistrate made an order under section 73 of the (Destitute Persons Act, 1910, which permits an order to be made without service of summons, when defend ant is out of "the Dominion or conceals his Avhereabouts.
