The Education oaird .to-day carried a motion, of which notice had been given, to the effect "that consistent with the Board's policy, and in view of -increased "facilites for study, all postions in the Board's service^ held t»y "unce"rtificated teachers, be , advertised for fresh> application jgn . l?t April 1912," exemption being granted to ' ■:' . '■■ '-■■■ ■- ■■. '
(a) Teachers who now have been more than two years in. the service. ;
(b) Teachers who. have obtained partial "D^ since January 19j39. (c) Teachers who. hold licenses to teach.
(d) Teachers who spent two years in a training eollege^between ; Janu? ary 1 1909 and April 1912, and' tea* chers under grade ;"O"
The Board further resolved that similar action* be taken on Ist April of each succeeding'year/
