At a regatta meeting last night, the Superintendent in the chair, a committee was appointed to carry out the Interprovincial Regatta in connection with the usual anniversary regatta of the Province on the 22nd of January. The object is to induce as great a number of competitors to enter as possible. The privileges of the Hutt course for next races were sold to-day. The pnblicans booths fetched from L 35 to LSO ; confectioners' booths, LlO to Ll6 ; stables, L 2 10a to L4 los ; . the right to sell cards and betting books, L6O.
