Woodlark, for Otago, on 29th March, with 17 second caoin and steerage passengers ; chief cabin — Messrs Bothamby, Aaron, and Campbell, William Treig ; and 2 prize bulls for Mr T. Russell, of the Bank of

New Zealand. The Collingwood, for Wellington, 7th April, with 230 adult Government immigrants. The Star o£ China, for Canterbury, on 10th April, with 200 adult immigrants. Fletcher, for Auckland, on 10th April, with 2 prize bulls for Mr Russell, of the Bank of New Zealand, Auckland.

The Steam Packet Company, meeting to-day, declared a dividend of two per cent. W, G. Maitland, of Otago, has leased a run of 36,000 acres in Poverty Bay, from the Natives, and intends to stock it and forthwith live there. The Mikado sailed at noon with eighteen saloon passengers from Auckland.
