At lunch, Mr Macandrew said he hoped in little more than a month to see the arrival of the first line of direct steamers from Home, making the passage in 49 days, and bringing 800 6r 1000 immigrants per month. It is understood that MrCargill has gone Home to arrange the service. A public meeting at Arrow carried a vote of no confidence in Hallenstein. Sailed. — City of Dunedin, for London.
