CRICKET,

Increasing interest seems to be taken in the Saturday games of cricket. On Saturday last there was a numerous gathering of the lovers of the game on the Camp Reserve, to witness a match played between sides chosen by Mr Guinness and Mr Woods. The fielding, particularly on Woods' side, was not nearly so good as could have been desired, and to attain anything like passable expertness, players will require to practise every afternoon upon which they may have: leisure and fine weather.
