Adelaide, Nov. 14, Toasts at Todd's banquet include tnß* " British Australian Telegraph Company," the "Commercial Interests of the Colonies," and "The Unity of the World." The Rev. Mr. Scott, Episcopalian clergyman, brought an action for defamation of character agaiust Hules, his parishioner, for saying that he preached the doctrine of the Immaculate Conception. The verdict was for the defendant, each party paying his own costs. Boucaut's Juvenile Offenders -Bill, incroducing whipping, has passed. Breadstuff's unchanged. '
