There is to be no fresh taxation. Inquiry is to be made into loss of the Carnaqueen. The Moonta Mine Company have a balance in hand of L 125,000. The last half-year realised L 169,000, with L 40,000 worth of ore in hand. The company has 1300 hands employed. There is nothing new from Port Darwin.
