Monday, July 15. (Before Mr Warden WhitefoordJ Quinlivan v Anderson— A olaim of L 5, the price of a share in a claim on the left branch of No Town Creek. The plaintiff said he sold the share to ihe complainant in March, but never got payment , jet. The claim was now paying from ILB to LlO per week. The defendant, had sold out. The defence was that the price of the share " was to come out of the ground," but it didn't. In answer to the Warden the defendant said he. sold the share for Ll£ Judgment for the plaintiff with costs. . ' The following applications for double areas wore granted : — Henry Korman and party, Candlelight ; Denis -Flaher and party, Greek's Creek ; John Carr and party, North Deadman Creek ; John Stanley and party, Whitehead terrace, left branch.
