POSTAL RATES.
The poßtage rates on correspondence posted in New Zealand for the undermentioned {laces, to be forwarded by the Pacific Mail loute, will be as follows : —
Arrangements have been made by the Kelson Provincial Government with* Messrs Hale and Co for a further supply of stone for river protection works at Westport. Much valuable property may be saved if a few tons of stone are deposited so as to make good tho low groin at Gladstone street;
