Mr Johnston and others in connection with Bergin's estate, and knowing most of the facts connected with it, the bankrupt has made statements which are wholly incorrect. — : I have not seen Mr Johnston- since the Bankruptcy Sittings, but have no doubt the matter will be | correctly brought forward at the next sitting of the Bankruptcy Court.
