Adelaide, April 10. The Precedency Bill has been disallowed by the Queen. Existing positions must be maintained during the lives of incumbents. The Queen cannot relinquish her prerogative. Blyth has given notice in the Assembly of "a T motion to the effect that the proposed railway from Port Augusta to Port Darwin would conduce to the interests of the Colony, and suggesting that the G&vernment should subsidise the scheme by land endowment on either side of the line.
