Mr Joseph Small, the well-known comic singer, is now in Dunedin, where he arrived in the Whirlwind from Hong Kong, on the 27th ultimo. He had 350 Chinese as fellowpassenger?. The influx of Chinese into Otago appears to have re-commenced with unabated vigor. The Seagull lately brought 150, and the Whirlwind, which arrived on February 27, brought 350 more. Some of the Waitahuna (Otago) miners are leaving for the diamond fields at the Cape of Good Hope,
