TTTAKE NOTICE that the Partnership ■*■ heretofore existing between William Proffitt, Jamesßobertßon,«nd Samuel Carter, of No Town, in the Province of Nelson, Butchern, carrying on business under the style of PROFFITT and CO., has this day been DISSOLVED by mutual consent so far as regards the said William Proffitt, who this day retires from the said business.
