' The bird itself 1 wonlu not. have done much harm, but the (Jhairi which (tingled about the wires, and aAtinately got twisted' xound them, inter* fered very materially with the work in the office. l The most assiduous coaxfng^and the heaviest stones were of no avail, and 4 lad* dtr had to be procured to remove the peccant, jwlly."
