An advertisement in the Post notifies that the proprietors are insolvent. The floods caused great damage at the Hutt. Auckland via Wellington, Nov. 8. The opera season has beei* a great success. LI 500 worth of tickets have been sold. The Maori King has consented to the telegraph line being opened to the Ohinemuri. The bottom level to the Caledonian claim has been touched, and the mine is improving.
