Paris, May 6. The commune released the commandant of Vincennes. Rosael is unpopular with the commune. The communists and Government troops fought all night and this morning. The Prussians intercept all prisoners from entering Paris. Frankfort, May 6. Bismarck, Favre, and Quertier are here. The former received an ovation. They met in consultation on the affair* of France. New York, May 6. A special Versailles despatch says the , German authorities telegraphed that if the Versailles Government troops do not enter Paris by the Bth inst, the Prussians will re-enter on the 9th. A grand attack will be made on the Bth inst. The session of the Commune yesterday was stormy. The chief of the staff of flotilla has been arrested, charged with deceiving the Commune authorities with regard to the quality of the stores in the ships under his charge. Considerable satisfaction is felt in England at the appointment of Dr. Featherston as Agent-General.
