Wednesday, October 5. (Before C. Whitefoord, Esq., R.M.) Edward Aylward was charged with a breach of the licensing regulations by keeping his licensed house open after hours without permission. Defendant gave a ball and supper at his hotel,. at the foot qf Nelson Creek, without having a permit. Fined 40s and costs. CIVIL CASES. Goddard v. Brown. — A fraud summons for L 8 4s 3d. The original verdict was obtained for timber supplied at Paddy's Gully. Verdict for amount, with 11s costs. Darcy v. O'Neill.— A fraud summons for L 3 3s 4d. Enlarged. Same v. M'ColL— For L 8 9s 2d. Defendant was allowed one month to satisfy the judgment. Same v. Iniskin. — A fraud summons for Ll 14s 6d. No appearance of defendant. A warrant for his apprehension was ordered to issue. Marshall v. Doyle. — A claim for Ll3 173 6d. Judgment for plaintiff, with 19s costs. Marshall v. Coxon.— Jl claim for Lls 16s 6d for goods supplied at No Town. Judgment for plaintiff, with 193 costs. Same v.
