Austria has an army corps in Bohemia, commanded by General Marrallo, and another in Moravia, tinder Field- Marshal Von Kamogs. The new Foreign Enlistment Bill, j which was read a second time recently in the Euglish Parliament, forbids the enlistment of British subjects anywhere, or of aliens in the Kingdom ; the building of ships is criminal equally with fitting and equipping them, and the Secretary of State should issue a warrant to seize them and a Court of Admiralty condemn. If they escape, their prizes brought here shall be restored to the owners.
