Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on Friday, 25th day of March, 1870, the Conncil of the Borough of Greymouth passed a Regulation, under Section two, part three, of the ' thirteenth schedule of "The Municipal Corporations Act, 1867-8," For the purpose of levying wharfage rates, to be paid in respect of goods, wares, merchandise, landed, shipped or deposited upon or from the wharves and quays within the limits of the Borough of Gr*ymouth, and for limiting the times during which such goods, wares, and merchandise shall be allowed to remain upon the said wharves and quays, also for appointing the rents and charges to be paid for receiving, delivering, and storing goods, wares, and merchandise within the Transit Shed upon the said wharf. And notice is hereby further given that the said regulation passed for the above* mentioned purposes is deposited for the inspection of any person interested therein at the office of the Borough Council, Gresson street.
