TIMARU RACES.
At the Tiinarn races, the Maiden Cup was won by Mr Garrow's Wide-a-Wake, beating Mr Webb's Medora, and Mr Fraser's Hector. The Cup was won by Mr Webb's Tantrum, beating Mr Garrow's Burgundy, and Mr Ganiack's Zohrab. The Hurdle Race was won by Mr Webb's Star of the South, beating Mr Thompson's Jenny. The Handicap was won by Mr Webb's Star of the South, beating Bobby Burns and Burgundy. The Tradesman's Plate was won by Mr Smith's Maid of the Mill, beating Zohrab, Medora, and three others.
