Whitefoord, Esq., R.M.) .John Gray was charged with being drunk and disorderly, fined 203 or 48 hours imprisonment ; also, resisting the police in the execution of their duty, fined 20s or 24 hours imprisonment ; also, assaulting Constable Hall in the lock up, fined 40s or 48 hours imprisonment. i Friday, February 11. X Patrick Connor was charged with assaulting James Palmer near Brunnerton, and was fined L 3 and costs. The two following cases were adjourned to Tuesday next : — Louisa Seaton v.Emma Kerr, for defendant to be bound over to keep the peace to complainant. Louisa Seaton v. John Grey, for abusive and insulting language near Brunnerton on 27th January last.
