One inebriate made his appearance before the bench this morning, and was mulcted in the usual fine of LI or 48 hours imprisonment. CIVII CASES. Judgments by Default — Da Costa and Co. v. Loubie, L9 l7s 3d. Barclay and Co. v. Loubie, L 6 17s. Poole and Co. v. Dowd, L 2 2s. Adjourned to Tuesday next — Scoltockv. Egan ; Faulkner and Simmons v. Macdonald and Co., L7l 7s 6d. Friday, February 11. The cases set down for hearing this day were adjourned to next Monday morning, owing to Mr Lapham being the' only justice present.
