A resolution in favor of r winding-up has been confirmed. Seventy- '■ five pounds each was voted to the directors '" in recognition of their services. It was resolved to appoint three liquidators, who '" are lo receive LIOO each. "The opposition party proposed Pearce, Yuille, and Dun- ' can. The directors proposed Anderson, Burn, and Allen.
