The mail for Arnold will in future close every 'Thursday, at 4.30 p,m,; and arrive at the Post Office, Greymojuth, every Wednesday, at 3 p.m. For Brighton, Charleston, and Westport, every alternate Wednesday, at 4,30 ' p. m.
