CHINA.
The Chinese Government is reported to have refused to receive the Duke of Edinburgh's intended visit. There is great ill-feeling against foreigners at Foo-ohow. The English consul at Hankow and a party of friends, at a picnic, were driven away from the ground by a mob of natives, who insisted that they ate children. Hong Kong, July 21. Large numbers of pirates have been captured' by the English gunboat Bouncer and two Chinese gunboats.
