FRANCE.
Paris, Dec. 15. The editor and publisher of the Revue Politique has been fined 1000 francs each for publishing and encouraging subscriptions to the Banden monument. Each printer employed in the office was fined 500 francs. The Emperor on his return from Compeigne to Paris, will accord an audience to Senor Olozaga, and formally recognise him as an accredited ambassador of France.
