(prom our own correspondent.) Wellington, Friday. Last night the member for the Westland Boroughs, withdrew his motion for referring the question of the adjustment of Westland's portion of the Canterbury debt to a Select Committee, as no possible good would result from it at this late period of the session. To-day he gave notice of his intention to move on Tuesday next, that Westland's liability be determined by arbitration, and that leave be granted for the introduction of a bill on the subject.
