TILECTION NOTICE. BOROUGH OF GREYMOUTH. In pursuance of the power vested in me by warrant under the hand of his Excellency the Governor of New Zealand, and in pursuance of an Aot of the General Assembly of New Zealand, entituled the "Municipal Corporation Act, 1867," I, William Horton Revell, Returning Officer for the first Election of Councillors for the Borough of Grej mouth, do hereby give notice that his Excellency the Governor has appointed WEDNESDAY, the 2Gth day of AUGUST, 1868, to be the day upon which NIN"E (9) Duly Quahfie . l Persons shall be Elected to Sirve as COUNCILLORS for the said Borough. And the said Act providing that the Nomination of all Candidates must be made in writing, signed by three (3) persons duly qualified to vote at such Election, and by the Candidate, in token of his assent thereto, Now, T, William Horton Revell, Returning Officer aforesaid, do hereby appoint TUESDAY, the 18th day of AUGUST, to be the NOMINATION DAY, and require that all Nominations shall be delivered to me on or before 4 o'clook in the afternoon of the day preceding the said Nomination Day, at the Resident Magistrate's Office, Greymouth.
