GREYMOUTH LOYALTY!

(To the Editor of the Grey River Argus.) ' Sir — I am very glad, as things turned out, the amendment instead of the proposition was carried at a meeting recently held when it was proposed to name our Volunteer corps the Loyal Groyniouth Rangers and amended tp leave the Loyal out. Little did I then think we were, such disloyal subjects, as I now begin to i think we must me, for scarcely a news- i ' paper can I look at but speaks of meetipgs J I and loyal demonstrations in honor of our \ beloved Prince's convalescence. What J are we, the residents of the Grey, about 1 ' Are we always to be behind 1 Why have ' we not in some way shown our loyalty to our muchrloved Prince and his Royal , mother. Trusting that some more able i pen than mine will take up this subject, ' and bring about some means of showing ! that we are not all Fenians. J I am, &c, 1 A Loyal Subject. ,
