The only case on the charge-sheet to-day was that of Carolina Cochrane (better known by the sobriquet of "Carry Pope") who had been charged by James Dunn with robbing him of three Ll-notes ; bub not being borne out by evidence, the case was dismissed. Monday, May 6. • Two "Drunk and. Disorderly " cases, those of John Rawsion and John Gilliorlcy, were dismissed with a caution from the Jiench. Assault.— Muiily Dane charged James Tiioinpccn. with- this offence, Imb there, being n» appearance of either part}', the case lapsed .
