Distributors will be allowed a commission of 2 A per cent, on all purchases of adhesive stamps of the aggregate amount of £5 and upwards. A commission at the same rate will be allowed to all persons other than distributors, on purchases of adhesive stamps of the aggregate value of £10 and upwards. • Applications to purchase stamps should be made at the Stamp-office of the province (the office of the Registrar of Deeds), by requisition, forms of which can be obtained at theseveral stamp-offices, and at the post-officc3 abovementioned, C.
