In connection with this institution there are seven Scholarships open for competition as they become vacant (due public notice of which is given), viz. , three of L3O a-year each, three of L2O a-year each, and one of LlO, variously tenable for from one to three years. These are open, to be competed for by yonths wherever born or resident ; but the successful candidate must be a student at the College to entitle him to hold the Scholarship. Youths, to be eligible for admission, must have attained the ago of nine years, and be able to read and write with facility. Tuition fees for the above course, L 3 per quarter.
