Grepg and- Party v. Nelson and Party.— .. An alleged case of holding more than the proper quantity, of ground, was dismissed, there being no appearance of either party. James Cragg v. Henry Thompson.—Plaintiff accused defendant with taking forcible possession of plaintiff's share of a claim. Case dismissed with costs. - ._* , Hickey and Party v. Scott and Co.— For holding too much ground. Verdict for plaintiffs, with costs. ~ j
