PIONEER BICYCLE CLUB.

The general monthly meeting of this club was held at head-quarters on Thurs • day. There was a fair attendance of members. Messrs Williams and Short were added to the list of members. Mr Douglas having resigned the sub-captaincy, Mr Searell was duly elected to that office. Messrs 'Lowry, Hill, Searell, and Dunsford were aj>pointed delegates for the cyclists alliance. All entries to the races, numbering in all about 100, were accepted. The handicaps are as follows : Maiden race, one mile —S. F. Dyer scratch, J. J. Jenkins 30 yards, H. Hobday 75.
