LONDON, November 23.

Consols have declined to 102. Adelaide wheat, ex store, remains at 49s 6d ; and New Zealand wheat at 44s to 475. Adelaide flour, ex warehouse, 345. Australian tallow, best mutton, has advanced to 41s 6d; best beef remains at 423. At to-day's wool auction 9600 bales were offered. The tone of the sale was rather weaker. Scoured wools were generally about o.sd lower than at the close of last sales ; inferior and faulty wools of all kinds OJd to Id lower; scoured crossbred fleece and greasy crossbred are irregular; Adelaide greasy wools are about o£d to Id belew last sales' closing rates ; heavy fine crossbreds are in demand and very firm. LONDON, November 29.

Arrived Ship Waimea, from Port Chalmers (August 12th) ; and Halcione, from Auckland (July 31st). The homeward mails, via San Francisco, which left Auckland on October Bth, were delivered here yesterday. There are no changes to report in the money or produce markets. The tone o to-day's wool sales was dull, and coarse crossbreds were very depressed. The catalogue comprised 9100 bales.

Two of the men charged with being concerned in the murder of the detective in Dublin on the 27th inst. have been committed for trial.
